Its made with puffed rice, roasted channa dal,garlic,onions,urad dal,green chilli and various spices.
This is one of the best south indian healthy breakfast and lunchbox recipe..

Ingredients:

puffed rice  -5cups (250 ml cup)
onion           -1 big
green chillis -2
garlic        -  4 to 5 cloves
red chillis  -2
turmeric powder - 1\2 tsp
salt to taste
dry coconut powder - 2 tsp
roasted chana dal - 1 & 1\2 tbsp
a few curry leaves
a few coriander leaves
lemon juice  -2tsp
oil  - 2 tbsp
chana dal  - 1\2 tsp
mustard seeds  -1\4 tsp
jeera  - 1\2 tsp
urad dal -1\2 tsp
a pinch of hing
