Fresh corn or frozen -1 & 1/2 cup(250 ml cup) (boiled)
Potato -2 medium (Boiled and peeled)
Green chilli - 2 (chopped)
Capsicum -1 small (finely chopped)
Coriander leaves -1/4 cup (finely chopped)
Onion -1 medium (finely chopped)
Lemon juice or dry mango powder-2 tsp
Bread slices -3
Corn flour or besan( gram flour)-2 tbsp
Rice flour-2 tbsp
Garam masala powder-1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
a few Mint leaves(finely chopped)
a few coriander leaves(finely chopped)
chat masala-1 tsp
Black pepper powder-1/4 tsp
oil for frying
