INGREDIENTS

• Bhindi/Okra : 500 grams
• Onions : 2 medium
• Tomato : 1 medium
• Curry Leaves : few
• Garlic : 1 tbsp (crushed)
• Oil : 2 tbsp
• Jeera,Mustard seeds, urad dal ,channa dal : 1 tsp (all together)
• Turmeric Powder : 1/4 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Red chilli powder : 2 tsp
• Dry coconut powder : 1 tbsp
• Coriander powder(Dhaniya powder) : 2 tsp
• Lemon Juice : 1 tsp ( to remove stickiness from bhindi)
