INGREDIENTS:

basmathi rice  - 2 cups (250 ml cup)
water                - 3 &3\4 cups
salt to taste
ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
onion -1 big(sliced)
a few curry leaves
green chillis -4(slit)
oil        - 2 tbsp &1 tsp butter
bay leaf   -  2
jeera (cumin seeds) - 1 & 1\2 tbsp
 elachi         - 2

cinnamon stick   -  2 inch
