INGREDIENTS

• Urad dal : 2 tbsp
• Coriander Seeds : 4 tbsp
• Jeera(cumin seeds) : 1 tbsp
• Garlic : 10 cloves
• Tamarind : small (amla or indian gooseberry size)
• Oil : 1 tsp
• Whole dry red chillis : 10
• Curry Leaves : 1/4 cup
• Salt to taste
