Poornam boorelu (poornalu) or prasadam boorelu or పూర్నం బూరెలు is one of the most popular sweet snack from andhra and telangana.
This purnam burelu telugu sweet also called as Poli Poornam Boorelu.
poornalu are deep fried snacks made with a stuffing of chana dal & jaggery and coated with rice + urad dal batter.
During festival seasons in andhra and telangana Poornam boorelu (poornalu)  is preapared and offered as naivedyam.
Poornam boorelu are also prepared during varalakshmi vratham(sravana masam varalakhmi vratha prasadam/naivedyam),durga navaratri,bonalu ,wedding and other ocassions.
Tips :
1. You should blend the soaked rice & urad dal only at the time your making the poornam boorelu.
2.The urad dal & rice batter shouldnt be fermented more than 1 hour.(If fermented for more than that,then the poornam boorelu stuffing will come out while frying)
3.Use the amount of oil required(ie.that is enough for the poornam boorelu to sink) 
4.The batter should be neither too loose nor too thick(as shown in the video),If its too loose then mix some rice flour with it.
